Vivalux Co., Ltd. was established in 1993, and in 2004, relocated into the scenic Industrial Zone of Yuhang Town. Vivalux is a civilian-run enterprise specializing in the manufacture of high-grade energy saving lamps and LED products, and possesses a total building area of 50,000 square meters for production plants, R&D center, and office block， and has a monthly production capacity of 4 million pieces of energy saving lamps and LED lamps. Vivalux has now grown into a specialized manufacturing group, which conglomerates R&D, production and marketing of energy saving lightings, and becomes one of the largest CFLs production bases in China.
Vivalux has a team of excellent managerial and technical talents, and groups 259 technicians and managers with high education, and 65 R&D personnel, including several senior technicians of domestic and overseas doctors and masters. They love their products and are therefore dedicated to the latest design and consummate technics.
Advanced facilities and devices for test and inspection are well equipped for R&D and production. The employment of ISO9001 (2000) system and ERP management system provides a strict quality assurance system from import of components to export of finished products, thus enables us to supply green energy saving lighting sources with high reliability. More than 100 types of Vivalux’s products have been exported to the USA, Japan, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, etc. Among, main products are approved by international standards, such as GS, CE, UL, etc. And Vivalux also takes the pride upon her ample experience in providing mass OEM service for the global top brand of energy saving lamps.
In 2003, Vivalux invested in hi-tech edge of semi-conductor lightings, and established Vivalux Optoelectronics, which specializes in the production of semi-conductor LED chips. The company has set up a hi-tech team headed by senior engineers of home and overseas doctors and masters. And from the R&D and production of LED chip, LED, LED lightings and LED display module, a complete industrial chain of semi-conductor lightings has now been established in Vivalux.
The company pays much attention to environment protection and the health of employees, and has funded 1 million more RMB for factory green. Vivalux is now driving the implementation of Environment management system and occupational Health and Safety management system, and will soon go through the approval of ISO14001 Environment Management System and OHSMS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
